Consent is obtained per campaign and is not transferable.

4.2 No Sharing of Opt-In Data

We do not rent, sell, share, or otherwise disclose your phone number, opt-in status, or text messaging consent information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Opt-in lists are created and maintained exclusively by NexGen Digital Solutions and are never purchased, rented, or obtained from third-party sources.

4.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message from us, or by contacting us using the information in Section 12. We also honor opt-out requests using variations such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, regardless of capitalization or punctuation. Upon opt-out, you will receive one (1) final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.

4.5 Data Retention for Messaging

We retain records of your text messaging consent (including timestamp, method, and campaign) for as long as you are an active participant in our messaging program and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Opt-out records are maintained indefinitely to ensure we do not send you messages after you have revoked consent.
